Crypto Banter were lost in a sea of sameness and needed to stand out in a competitive market while maintaining their credibility as a reliable source of knowledge for investors.

Creative solution

We took inspiration from 90's gaming culture to create a design that was both fun and professional. Using bold colors and graphics,

I handcrafted a new font and redesigned the website to feel like a social hub for crypto enthusiasts.

Creative execution

The resulting design was unique and playful, setting Crypto Banter apart from the competition. It worked across a variety of digital touchpoints and channels, including a series of bespoke 3D coins and illustrations. The retro styling brought the channel's personality to life and played on the audience's childhood references.

Crypto School, an education platform by Crypto Banter, wanted to attract one million new users to learn about cryptocurrency. However, they faced the challenge of making the subject more accessible and trustworthy, as many people struggle to understand it and can easily be misled by unreliable sources.

Creative solution

To address this challenge, I created a relatable and trustworthy brand identity that reflects the personality of the Crypto Banter master brand. Inspired by 90's gaming, we designed a clean and welcoming look that evokes a sense of familiarity and education. We also avoided using generic blockchain icons and graphics, which are commonly used by competitors.
